openEHR.ch (openEHR Switzerland) is organized as a non-profit association (Verein). The association operates exclusively on a non-profit basis and does not pursue any profit or self-help purposes. The bodies work on a voluntary basis. To pursue the association purpose, the association has the following resources:
– Membership contributions
– Patron contributions
– Income from own events
– Subsidies
– Income from service agreements
– Donations and donations of all kinds
Association structure and organisation
openEHR.ch constitutes of two founding members. Additional members build a board and there will be a president for a two year time.
Membership fees and benefits
The membership in openEHR.ch is divided in individual-, health organization- and industrial partner-memberships. As an individual member, Healthcare Organization or Industry Partner of openEHR.ch, you will have the chance to benefit from various activities and participate at the events & courses. On the other hand, openEHR.ch shows which organizations have been certified with the official openEHR.ch certification label. These organizations will have the opportunity to work as openEHR.ch coaches and trainers for the openEHR.ch Academy.
The membership fees are determined annually by the general meeting. Honorary members and current board members are exempt from paying fees.
The business year corresponds to the calendar year.
